How long does porting a number take?
Transferring or porting your number can take anywhere from 10 days and up. Depending on the agreement with the losing carrier, it all depends on which carrier you are switching from.

What is Category C Number Porting? 
If your business has more than one direct telephone number, a Category C port will be how you migrate to a new carrier. This is a much more complex process than a simple Category A transfer and will take longer to complete.
