VoIP services

Bundling:

This service is not conditional on any bundling arrangements, but we provide other services you may wish to bundle with this service to receive a discount. Please get in touch with us for further information.

Early termination charges:

If you cancel your service before your contract term, you will incur early termination charges. The calculation will multiply the number of outstanding contract months times the minimum monthly contract charge.

Pricing:

  • We offer UNLIMITED Calls for Australian Local, National, Mobile phones and 1300/1800 numbers.
  • Landline DID number hosting $5 / per month
  • Mobile DID number hosting $9.99 / month
  • 1300/ 1800 number hosting $35 / per month

1 SIP trunk limitation and upgrade

  • One SIP trunk can be increased with simultaneous calls
  • After 3h call duration – auto hung-up (hacking protection). We can increase the time – that is for your protection
Unlimited Calls – Fair policy :
  • After certain min talk time (your account will be migrated to Call centre account) your account will migrate from unlimited to regular minutes charge ( see the limitation and rates below)

  • First 1000 min FREE per local call

  • National Number = 9c per min

Mobile Numbers No Limitation

    • Incoming per min $2c per min
    • SMS $3c per SMS

1300 Numbers Limitation 300 min

  • First 300 min FREE per local call
  • Hosting $35
  • Activation $79
  • Local Number = 7c per min
  • National Number = 9c per min
  • Mobile Number = 15c per min

1800 Numbers Limitation 300 min

  • First 300 min FREE per local call
  • Hosting $35
  • Activation $79
  • Local Number = 7c per min
  • National Number = 9c per min
  • Mobile Number = 15c per min

DID numbers porting fees

  • DID local number is $35ex per number
  • DID 1300/1800 number is $79 ex per number

Usage information:

You don’t have to worry for monitoring usage because you will have fixed monthly cost.

VIC number monthly hosting cost: 

  • One VIC land DID number (1 x $5 ex GST per month)
  • One 1300/1800 number (1 x $35 ex GST per month)

International Roaming:

Using your phone overseas can be significantly more expensive than using it at home because VoIP phones using internet. Charges for the internet usage on roaming not part of this service and you have to make research and check up your roaming charges with your mobile internet provider.
