🔧 Diagnostics & Repairs

The diagnostic fee is waived when the customer approves the repair quotation and NIKO Computers completes the repair.

If the customer decides not to proceed with the repair, they may choose one of the following options:

• Collect the equipment without paying a diagnostic fee and without receiving a diagnostic report; or
• Pay the applicable standalone diagnostic fee and receive the diagnostic findings, including identification of the faulty component.

Standalone diagnostic fees:

• Windows PC or Laptop: $110
• Apple Mac: $150
• Electronic Hardware Faults: $180
• Liquid Damage Inspection and Cleaning: $150

All prices exclude GST.

🚗 On-site IT Support

• On-site Support – Windows: $150
• On-site Support – Mac: $200
• On-site Support – Server (Windows): $205
• On-site Support – Server (Linux): $225
• After Hours Support (after 5 PM): $175

🌐 Remote/Development Services

• Remote Support: $110
• Web Development (per hour): $150

🚨 Callout Fees

• Callout Fee (0–10 km): Free
• Callout Fee (10–25 km): $60
• Callout Fee (25–70 km): $100
• Callout Fee (CBD): $100
